We at Painter Parties are working to make our site accessible to people with disabilities.

  • Added alternative text to images

  • Implemented color combinations that meet the required color contrast

Event & Party Rentals

  • Delivery & Setup Assistance: Our team can place equipment and rentals in accessible locations upon request.

  • Accessible Game Options: Many of our yard games can be adjusted for different heights, abilities, and spaces to accommodate all guests.

  • Flexible Equipment Setup: We will work with you to arrange popcorn machines, cotton candy machines, and other rentals at convenient heights or locations for guests with mobility needs.

Event Planning Support

  • Venue Accessibility Guidance: We can help recommend or coordinate venues with ramps, restrooms, and spaces designed for accessibility.

  • Custom Planning: If guests require accommodations such as wider pathways, quieter activity zones, or accessible seating, we can integrate these into your event plan. 

  • Inclusive Activities: We prioritize offering entertainment and setups that are fun and safe for guests of all ages and abilities.

Communication & Support

  • Multiple Ways to Reach Us: We are available by phone, email, and online contact forms to make communication simple and accessible.

  • Assistive Requests: If you or your guests require specific accommodations, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to meet your needs.
