Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Painter Parties! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all rental services, event planning services, and website use provided by Painter Parties. By booking with us, renting our equipment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Rentals & Reservations

• Booking: Reservations are confirmed once a deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid before or at delivery unless otherwise agreed.

• Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking if canceled within our cancellation window.

• Rental Duration: Standard rental periods are 5hr, 24hr unless otherwise specified. Extended rentals may incur additional charges.

• Availability: Equipment and services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Client Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 3 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (minus deposit).

• Weather Policy: For outdoor rentals, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if weather conditions make setup unsafe. If this occurs, credit will be applied to a future booking.

• Company Cancellations: In rare cases where we must cancel, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery, Setup & Pickup

• Delivery Area: We deliver within 40 mile radius of  Tryon NC. Additional mileage fees may apply for areas outside our standard zone.

• Setup Requirements: The client must ensure the event space is ready and accessible (clear of obstacles, adequate space, level ground).

• Power Supply: The client is responsible for providing adequate power sources for machines (e.g., popcorn, cotton candy).

• Pickup: Equipment must be ready for pickup at the agreed time. Additional fees may apply for delays.

Client Responsibilities

• Supervision: The client is responsible for supervising equipment use to ensure safe operation.

• Damage or Loss: Clients are financially responsible for any loss, theft, or damage (beyond normal wear and tear).

• Safety: Equipment must be used as intended. Improper use may result in immediate removal without refund.

• Venue Permissions: It is the client’s responsibility to confirm all necessary permissions, permits, or venue rules before setup.

Liability & Insurance

• Painter Parties is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from misuse of rented equipment or event participation.

• Clients agree to release Painter Parties from liability for any claims except those directly resulting from company negligence.

• Proof of insurance may be provided upon request.

Event Planning Services

• Customization: All event planning services are tailored to the client’s requests and budget.

• Third-Party Vendors: If outside vendors are booked, their policies and contracts apply separately.

• Changes: Last-minute changes may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.

Website Use

• Content: All content on our website (images, text, branding) is owned by Painter Parties and may not be copied without permission.

• Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee all details are error-free.

• Third-Party Links: Our website may link to third-party sites, which we do not control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Columbus, North Carolina.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services means acceptance of the new terms.
